Many of my clients were hidden unknown talented women struggling to be seen and heard. Not getting any traction with setting up their business and not getting clients or generating income. Because I was them when I first started out.
The coaches I worked with did not factor in my personality, I was one of the crowd. I paid a lot of money for group trainings, but couldn't get results again I was one of the crowd. This wasn't deliberate, but generally tends to happen in big groups.
I also learn't the hard way that my personality and some ingrained behaviours were a stumbling block to me making progress. I took a step back, began to use all the tools in my kit to look closely at what I wanted and start to spread my message.
I niched down uncomfortably but necessarily. Tuned into my why and began to develop resources for introverted women just like me. This led to getting new clients, increasing my prices and setting up new programmes and services.
Now in the growth phase of my business, I have also started building my own team.

Stage One - Personal Effectiveness
It is not what you know, but what you know and have been unable to implement or don't know that you don't know therefore cannot fix, these are the things that hold you back. At the very start, we will be looking closely at you the business owner. We will be using my Harness Your Strengths Model of achieving personal effectiveness and change. Results from this stage include: Beat Procrastination, Imposter Syndrome and achieve goals consistently. The focus will be on:
