Oh So Beautiful online Shop
I had a call with Patience for my business oh so beautiful gifts. The business is an etsy shop that has been open for over a year. I work in a partnership on the business and we have an end goal but needed some coaching on working out a strategy that was short term to achieve our main goal. It was good for someone to bring our focus back to the WHY and our AIMS. I have already made changes yesterday and today and even though results may take a while diverting time to something else that will make a difference will benefit us and in the future. Also looking at 90 day goals with 3 options has helped focus us on a medium term goal that though we should start seeing results from in the new year.
